Here's a tiny Obsidian tip. Everyone knows **text searches note titles, and [[#text searches headings in the CURRENT note. The lesser-known third form: [[##text searches headings across the ENTIRE vault and builds the full [[Note#Heading** link for you.

No more finding the right note first, hitting tab, then typing the heading. One extra #, and Obsidian does the lookup vault-wide.

Bonus tricks from the same thread:

• Prefix any of these links with ! to EMBED the section instead of linking to it (Transclusion at the section level).
• **^^text does the same vault-wide search for blocks ([[Block references**).
• The Copy Block Link community plugin adds a right-click option to copy a heading's embed link directly.

Handy detail for daily notes: with identical headings across many notes (like my recurring sections), **## lets you scroll through every occurrence and pick the right day.
