HTML Anything — Prompts to Raw HTML and CSS

While poking around Open Design today, I bumped into one of its plugins worth highlighting on its own: HTML Anything.

You describe what you want and get raw HTML and CSS back, without a framework, a React project to scaffold, or a component library to learn. The output runs in any browser.

This is the part of Vibe Coding I find most useful in practice. For landing pages, prototypes, single-purpose pages, or email templates, pulling in a full framework stack is overkill. In those cases, the HTML file is the deliverable.

Framework-bound generators (v0, Lovable, Bolt) produce a project. HTML Anything produces a single file, which you can open or host anywhere. For the use cases above, I prefer the file.

Combined with the Open Design Skills and Systems layer, you can keep the output on-brand while still getting framework-free deliverables. I'd consider it alongside Claude Design when choosing a design tool.
